Tom's Bourbon & Ginger Recipe:

-Ingredients-
10 oz. Maker's Mark bourbon
(can be substituted with 8 oz. of cheaper brand if it's the end of the month and you're in a bit of a money crunch)

2 oz. Seagrams, Schwepps, or Canada Dry ginger ale
(use 4 oz. plus if mixing with aforementioned cheaper bourbon)

handful of ice

slice of lime

Using a Solo cup or tumbler, add handful of ice. Pour in bourbon, followed by ginger ale (more or less bourbon may be added according to the chef's taste, although more is recommended). Stir and garnish with lime.
