The Bowl Games
Alright folks, here's what you've been waiting for! The last segment of the SoD College Pick'em Contest has arrived in the Bowl Game Challenge. It's been an intense season with several changes in the leaderboard.. but now it all comes down to this. Here are the bowl games and associated spreads.
Please note that the first game is Tuesday, December 19th (5 days from now). Also, there is an added point of prognostication in that I'm asking for your predictions for the total points scored in the championship game. So if you think Florida is going to score 31 and Ohio State will only score 28, then you would enter 59 in that space. This added guess is not for a point, but will serve as a tie breaker for final standings. Any questions? Leave a comment. Good luck!

Sorry... Tuesday at_the_latest. I know that's early for the BCS bowls, but I don't want to look through 20 emails for each individual game.

As a Georgia fan, I hate that we are the butt of many of his punchlines, but there are few coaches in the history of sports better than him in front of a microphone. Bobby Knight is really the only one I can think of. And his quip at the beginning of the season about how SC beat Tenn last year, and he replied by saying something to the effect of "by doing the same thing Vanderbilt did." That is freakin' classic!

Good to have you back. I think Junior in the upstate will think twice before trying to take a jab at Spurs. The whole thing is so freakin moronic I could write an entire post about it but I don't want to pay Bowden any more attention. 'I'm at a place where 8 wins gets you fired.' That's dripping with stupidity. I think Spurrier gets the rivalry alot better now and next season could get ugly for the tiggers.

Also, I wound up on tigersideline.com where they had a post saying 'Bowden puts Spurrier in his place' with his comment. Does Devvy D have to choke someone? These comments might be the topic of my weekly 'Cluck Femson' text message.
